FAMILY MOURNS, HOLDS FIDAU FOR LATE AMUDA ALASINRIN

Fidau prayer of late Alhaji Yusuf Amuda Alasinrin held at his Alasinrin family compound mosque Pakata Ilorin on Thursday.

Leading other Islamic clerics during the prayer, Iman Garuba Alasibrin enjoined Muslims to be up right and do good while dealings with others in the society.

He said late Amuda Alasinrin did all he could do during his life time to help others at the point of their need, charging the children of deceased to always remember their father in their prayers.

He advised them to emulate their late father by doing good to everyone, maintaining that late Amuda Alasinrin was a pride to Alasinrin family by all standard.

The Cleric however, called on the entire family, friends and community as a whole keep remembering late Amuda Alasinrin in their prayers, praying Almighty Allah to reward his gentle soul Al-janat Fridous.

Speaking with newsmen after the prayer, one of deceased son, Alhaji Mahmud Yusu Adebayo Alasinrin, described the demise of father as a great lost to the immediate family, the community and entire Ilorin emirate.

He urged all family members to keep on praying for the repose of his late father and remain united as one big family.

Also speaking, one of close friends to deceased, Alhaji Ibrahim Ayinde Agbobamu described late Amuda Alasinrin as good helper to all in need, adding that the deceased have left a remarkable footprints for all Ilorin emirate indigenes in Jos.

He said deceased's name has been written in bold gold for the good legacy left behind for his children to emulate in their day-to-day activities.
Agbobamu said late Amuda Alasirin would for long be remembered for his generosity, humility and deeper sense of accommodation despite being a man of limited means.

 He died on Thursday (May 21, 2020) at age 87 during a brief illness and blessed with children, grand and great grandchildren.
