A 24-member government Transition Implementation Committee (TIC) tasked with interfacing with the incoming administration in the state to ensure a smooth transition will be inaugurated today by Kwara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulfatah Ahmed.

According to a statement issued by the  office of the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) on Sunday night following the completion of the present administration's handover notes by a separate committee headed by Kwara State Head of Service, Mrs Susan Modupe Oluwole.

The statement added that the government transition implementation committee has the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Isiaka Gold as Chairman, Perm Secretary Political, Alhaji Tunde Shuaib Aremu as Secretary.

Others are Mrs. Susan Modupe Oluwole, Head of Service, Kwara State member, Chief of Staff, Government House, Alhaji Wahab Baba Yusuf member, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Kamaldeen Ajibade (SAN), Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Hajia Bilikis Oniyangi, member, Hon Commissioner for Finance, Engr. Demola Banu member, Commissioner for Works and Transport, Alhaji Aro Yahaya, member.

Others include Commissioner for Information and Communication, Alhaji Mohammed Sabi member, Commissioner for Energy,  Eleja Taiwo member, Commissioner for Health, Alhaji Usman Rifun, member, Special Adviser, Government House, Alhaji Ibrahim Kayode Adeyemi, member.Professor Muritala Awodun, Exec. Chairman, Kwara State Internal Revenue Service-member,Special Adviser on Political, Alhaji Toyin Olookoba Sulyman, member, Comr. Early last week, the incoming government of All Progressives Congress (APC had inaugurated 80-man committee to see the smooth transition of government come  29th of May, 2019.The names areHajia Habibat Yusuf, Barrister Jawondo Salman, Alhaji Abdullateef Alakawa,  Prof Shehu Adaramaja, Sen Muhammed Ahmed, Alhaji Adamu Sabi, Engineer Muhammadu Gofe,Hon. Ibrahim Bio, Mohammed Kudu, Capt Mohammed Nasir Justice Idris Adamu, Shehu Abdulrahman, Abdulkadir Tajudeen Audu.
