The Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, is set to distribute educational materials to various schools within Kwara Central Senatorial Districts as part of efforts to uplift standard of education in the state.
Saraki will also undertake the construction of modern-classrooms in selected 52 schools in the zone.
The materials that will be distributed to the beneficiary schools include laboratories equipment, writing books, furniture, computer sets and electricity generating sets.
Though, the largesse to the schools was at the instance of the National Universal Basic Education Board, it was being facilitated by the senate president.
The Director General of Saraki's ABS Constituency Office, Alhaji Musa Abdullahi disclosed this to the National Moonlight last night.
He explained that the aim of Saraki's gesture is to improve the standard of education in the state.
Abdullahi noted that “apart from education materials that will be distributed to some selected school, another 52 schools are going to benefit from the construction of new ultramodern classrooms across Kwara central senatorial district”.
He reiterated the commitment of the Senate President towards improving education standard in the state.

The Director General also explained that a lot of programmes are on ground for the good people of the state, imploring Kwarans to continue to support Saraki to ensure the attraction of more developmental projects to the state.
