Burangan stated this while speaking with National Moonlight in his office recently in Ilorin; he described the APC government as a committed and focused government that aims at implementing meaningful projects that could bring development to it citizens.

He stated that Kwara State would be made one of the best in terms of development before the end of the present administration which would make other states of the federation look up to her with different ongoing projects across the state.

According to him, “Sometimes I use to think that our governor could have been the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Governor and not only the state governor, because of the way and manner he managed our economy during the recession, with the little allocation coming from the federal account. His economic policies are very excellent and I am very sure that most of the Nigerian governors today are emulating him with regards to his policies and management of the resources of the state”.

“We should be thankful to Allah for giving us a person like Governor Ahmed at a time like this when the country is faced with recession and his contributions remain not only in Kwara State but the whole federation. I know that very soon, you would be more than proud to say you are from Kwara State because of the rapid development he has brought to the state”.
“He wants to reform this state and I am very sure that with the situation of things across the state, before he leaves office come 2019, he is going to make Kwara a modern state, one of the best, for people to come and see, watch and copy its development”.

Speaking on the November 18th Local Government elections in the state, he described Kwara as a non-opposition state in the country, saying the work of the ruling party would be justified during the election.

Buranga warned the electorate to be aware of fake and season politicians who don’t have leadership structure to be followed in their party, noting that they did not have any good thing to offer the masses than propaganda and hate speeches.
